Receba data deletion
Learn how to delete receivables and customer information on your device or request deletion of data sent to Criativament, which is responsible for Receba, developed by Silvana Betoldo.
The app has no online account or login. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion — Receba.
- Specify which data you want deleted and the email address used in your previous contact.
- Do not send passwords, bank details, or backup files containing confidential customer records.
We will reply by email to confirm deletion of data under our control or explain any technical boundaries.
How to delete data on your device
Customers, installments, receipts, and collection notes are stored locally in the app.
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps → Receba → Storage.
- Tap Clear data or Clear storage and confirm.
Warning: this action permanently removes all local customer and credit records. Without a backup copy, data cannot be recovered.
Data processed by Google and other services
In versions that use Google AdMob ads or Google Play purchases, these services process technical data according to their own policies. Clearing local data does not automatically delete records maintained by Google.
