Controla Venda data deletion
Learn how to delete information on your device or request deletion of data you sent to Criativament, which is responsible for Controla Venda, developed by Silvana Betoldo.
The app has no account of its own or login. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion — Controla Venda.
- Specify which data you want deleted and the email address used in your previous contact. If possible, send the request from the same address.
- To help locate a support interaction, provide its approximate date. Do not send passwords, card details, or a new backup containing customer information.
The button opens your email app: review and send the message to complete your request. If you have no email app configured, copy the address above and use your email service.
We will reply by email to confirm deletion of data under our control or explain any limitations. We may request only the information needed to verify that the request relates to you.
Covered data and retention
The request may cover your name, email address, message content, screenshots, and files you sent to support that are still under Criativament's control. We do not have remote access to the sales database on your device.
Data needed to locate and handle the request is kept while it is being processed. Upon completion, we delete data covered by the request that does not need to be retained. If any record must be kept to meet a legal obligation or exercise rights, our reply will explain which data will be retained, the reason, and the applicable period. This page does not establish a fixed additional retention period for all cases.
How to delete data on your device
Products, saved photos, inventory, sales, customer names, installments, and business settings are kept in the app's local storage.
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps → Controla Venda → Storage (names may vary by device).
- Tap Clear data or Clear storage and confirm. Clearing only the cache does not delete the database.
Backups and exported files
Clearing app storage does not automatically delete JSON backups, PDFs, CSVs, or images exported to other folders, cloud services, or apps. Delete these copies where they were saved and empty the trash where applicable. Copies already shared with other people depend on their respective recipients.
A device backup maintained by Android or another service must also be managed through that service. Restoring a backup may bring back previously deleted information.
Data processed by Google and other services
In versions that use AdMob ads or Google Play purchases, these services may process data according to their own policies. Clearing local data or sending a request to support does not automatically delete records they maintain.
To manage your Google account information, see Google Account Data & Privacy and Google's Privacy Policy. If your request involves a third-party service, tell support so we can provide guidance; we do not promise to delete records we cannot access.
Deleting local data does not cancel or refund purchases. Any subscriptions must be managed separately in Google Play.
