Controla Gastos data deletion
Learn how to delete financial information on your device or request deletion of data you sent to Criativament, which is responsible for Controla Gastos, developed by Silvana Betoldo.
The app has no online account or login. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion — Controla Gastos.
- Specify which data you want deleted and the email address used in your previous contact.
- Do not send passwords, bank details, or backup files containing financial information.
We will reply by email to confirm deletion of data under our control or explain any technical boundaries.
How to delete data on your device
Expenses, income, accounts, categories, and receipts are kept in the app's local storage.
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps → Controla Gastos → Storage.
- Tap Clear data or Clear storage and confirm.
Warning: this action deletes all local data in the app permanently. Without a backup copy, it cannot be recovered.
Data processed by Google and other services
In versions that use Google AdMob ads or Google Play purchases, these services may process data according to their own policies. Clearing local data does not automatically delete records maintained by Google.
