Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Criativament CurrículoAPP handles information used to create, edit, preview, export, and share professional resumes.

The app works locally and does not require registration or login. Resumes and photos remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, or create a backup.

1. Information handled by the app

Users may voluntarily provide:

name, phone number, email, city, state or region, and country;
career objective and area of interest;
professional experience, education, and courses;
skills, languages, and professional links;
a photo when supported by the selected plan and template.

2. Local resume storage

Resumes, drafts, and preferences are stored locally. The app does not keep this content in a remote database or automatically synchronize it to the cloud.

3. Local photo storage

Selected photos are copied and processed in the app's internal storage. They are not automatically sent to Criativament servers.

4. Backup and restoration

Users can generate a backup containing resumes, sections, and photos. The file is saved or shared only at the user's request. Before restoration, the app creates a preventive local backup. Restoration occurs only after the user selects a file and confirms the operation.

Backups do not include subscriptions, purchase tokens, preferences, or drafts. An external service's policies apply when a backup is sent to that service.

5. PDF generation, export, and sharing

PDF generation occurs on the device. The app exports or shares a document only when requested and the user chooses a destination. The selected service becomes responsible for the received file.

6. Google AdMob

The Essential plan may display Google AdMob ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic data, and device identifiers for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Resume and photo content is not sent to AdMob for personalization. Google's processing follows its Privacy Policy.

7. Google Play Billing and subscriptions

Plus and Premium may be purchased through Google Play Billing. Google processes payments and transaction history under its policies. Criativament does not receive or store complete card details.

The app may receive product ID, subscription status, and purchase token to unlock, restore, or revoke plan features.

8. Subscription-validation backend

The app communicates with a Criativament backend solely to validate purchase tokens, confirm subscription status, prevent improper reuse, and process Google Play changes. It does not receive resumes, photos, or PDFs. Purchase tokens required for revalidation are encrypted at rest.

9. Registration and login

The app has no registration, user account, login, or password. Criativament does not maintain a synchronized personal profile.

10. Data sharing and sale

Criativament does not sell resumes, photos, or personal data. Information may be handled by AdMob, Google Play, or an external file service in the situations described above.

11. Security and retention

Users should protect their device and backups. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove data without a backup. Limited subscription-validation records are retained for entitlement, restoration, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations.

12. User rights

Subject to applicable law, users may:

access, correct, and delete locally stored data;
withdraw Android permissions;
delete all app data or uninstall it;
request information about Criativament processing;
use Google's ad and purchase controls.

13. Children's privacy

The app is not specifically directed to children and does not intentionally collect children's personal data.

14. Policy changes

This policy may be updated for legal changes, new features, or service changes. The latest revision date appears above.
